Objective:
By promoting collaboration and sharing best practices through the RESCALED Knowledge Workspaces, the WOMEN project seeks to improve conditions for incarcerated women and enhance their opportunities for maintaining integration with society.

Summary:
The project will:

  • Create a prototype of a virtual Knowledge Workspace
  • Test and improve the Knowledge Workspace and develop it
  • Disseminate the Knowledge Workspace
  • Increase the know-how and capacity of involved organizations

Activities:

  1. Creating a prototype of Knowledge Workspace Women in Detention
  2. Testing and developing of Knowledge Workspace Women in Detention
  3. Communication, dissemination and project management

Output:

The virtual platform Knowledge Workspace created by the project team will be presented in a workshop for at least 35 organisations as potential users from 20 European countries. After this launch, the KW will be available to all interested users and its content will be updated and extended even after the end of the project. The use and dissemination of the KW, beyond this one-year project, will be part of RESCALED’s long-term strategy of working with members and European partners.
